How to give/withdraw consent to the processing of personal data?

What rights do you have as a data subject?

Profiling

When processing personal data in connection with ensuring the operator’s marketing activities, profiling may occur. Profiling is any form of automated processing of personal data, which consists of using these personal data to evaluate certain personal aspects concerning a natural person.
The aim of profiling in this case is to better recognize your interests. Profiling will occur for the purpose of providing individually tailored offers of products and services of the operator, but only if you give us your free consent to such processing according to the conditions set out above. Profiling is used in connection with the processing of “marketing cookies”.
After performing profiling, the operator can, on the basis of the obtained data, provide the data subject with an individual offer of products or services provided by the operator. Profiling can therefore have an impact on the specific kind and type of offer provided by the operator.
If profiling occurs during data processing, the data subject has, among other things, the right to raise objections to profiling, as well as the right to access the data that are the subject of profiling.
